The Gardens at Great Oaks

The Gardens of Great Oaks was a romantic wedding gift from the renowned Reverend Pratt to his bride on the occasion of their marriage in 1842. A lovely and secluded estate with a canopy of century old trees and magnificent and breathtaking gardens becomes the perfect backdrop for every wedding. Complete with wild flowers, primroses, blue bells, array of roses, gardenias, and hydrangeas flooding your senses of sight and smell. Fountains, artistically designed lighting and gazebo all to create an elegant, lush, romantic setting.

The Gardens of Great Oaks is a premiere venue where dreams become treasured memories and the bride should have the wedding of her dreams.

The grounds are private, peaceful and beautiful throughout the year. Although this is one of the most exceptional sites in historic Roswell for a wedding celebration, The Gardens of Great Oaks is also an excellent choice for other special events, daytime retreats, picnics and business functions.

Our Clients Are Talking!

“We can't thank you enough for going above and beyond IN EVERY AREA!! You were fabulous and really knocked yourself out for us and we appreciate your extra effort so much. The night was absolutely PERFECT...and that's no exaggeration.

The guests raved about the hors D'oeuvres...they couldn't get enough. They loved all three choices. The ballroom was so beautiful...exactly what we dreamed of. We loved the black napkins draped over the side. People said it was the most beautiful wedding reception they had ever attended. I agree.

The presentation - the salad looked like a watercolor painting. The salad was scrumptious. The entree looked amazing as it was served. I had so many people who made a point of talking to us about the food...compliment after compliment.

As the parents of the bride...we have thank you for making our vision come to life. I'm sure you will have many new customers. I know you now have lots of new fans. Thanks again for everything.

All our love and appreciation,”
