This newly built two-story clubhouse overlooking the Chattahoochee River is nestled among 100-year-old river oaks. You will fall in love with the pristine setting and fabulous views, whether you are gazing out at the river or looking at pastures of the Huntcliff Equestrian Center.

The main River Room is perfect for parties, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bar mitzvahs, business meetings, etc., accompanied by Georgia’s fabulous year-round climate. The River Room will accommodate up to 128 people using 48” round tables and 110 people for a meeting style conference. The room has an installed dance floor. If your event requires its use, the remaining floor space will accommodate 96 people using 48” round tables. In warmer weather, or with the use of heaters, the patio can also be used for tables adding the potential of 50 more people. The entire clubhouse may be used for larger events, allowing people to migrate between floors thereby lessening crowding. In the main room, the two walls of floor-to-ceiling-glass windows give a perfect panoramic view of the Chattahoochee and the new floating dock.

This enchanting antebellum home, located in historic Marietta, lends itself to indoor or outdoor small intimate gatherings as well as large formal weddings and receptions. Your special event will be held in one of the oldest houses in the Atlanta area. Built around 1820, and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, the Mary Gay House in Decatur is one of the few antebellum homes in metropolitan Atlanta that escaped Sherman’s torch. The home can accommodate 80 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 200 standing. There is also an area outside which may be used.

The Club is a beautifully renovated 106 year old building that is a national, state and city historical landmark. Built in 1895 as Atlanta's first woman's club, it has been beautifully cared for through many generations. The Club can serve 250 guests if the entire facility is used (all three floors which easily flow together). The 2000 square foot ballroom can serve 200 guests for buffet or approximately 120 guests for sit-down dinner or luncheon/meeting format. Third floor may also be rented to provide extra bar and food areas or break-out meeting rooms.

Built in 1904, Rhodes Hall has been an Atlanta landmark for generations. While it was originally the residence of Rhodes Furniture founder Amos Rhodes, today it is one of the most unique spots for Atlanta weddings and receptions. Located on Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta, this Romanesque Revival structure with its stained glass windows and winding mahogany staircase, can accommodate standing receptions for 175 and seated dinners for 90. The Trolley Barn was originally the service and housing facility for Atlanta’s first electric street railway line.
